What we love
We love the privacy and exceptional debonair vibe that exudes from each and every corner of Delaire Graff. The setting is glorious - striking distance from Stellenbosch. Its grandiose nature, perfect service and supreme location make this one South Africa's leading resorts. The lodges are carefully thought out making the most of their jaw-dropping views.
Setting the scene
Stellenbosch is one of the world's leading wine destinations and it is right here on their doorstep at Delaire Graff. Be the envy of everyone and bask in the privilege of having it at such close quarters. Combine that with the glorious mountain backdrop and you have yourself a pairing of extraordinary splendour. The 10 glorious lodges brim with exclusivity and manage to do justice to their incredibly impressively surroundings.
Delaire Graff enjoys one of the finest reputations and guest feedbacks in the country, on experiencing the accommodation you'll soon understand why. With the private kitchens stocked with the finest of product and the private pools marrying relaxation or privacy with supremacy. The area is special and demands accommodation of epic proportions, Delaire Graff quite simply, delivers, and more.
Their team of chefs and world-class sommeliers invites you to enjoy both the Indochine and Delaire Graff restaurants on offer at the hotel. Delaire Graff provides the smaller yet always innovative menu that pieces together unusual ingredients resulting in creative and inspiring dishes always to an incredibly high level. Indochine dishes out, as the name suggests, contemporary Asian cuisine, which is as breath-taking & delicate as the views that surround you.
The Hotel is adorned with art, sculptures and antiques from the personal collection of the owner himself, Laurence Graff's. They reflect his colourful style and personality and project a welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. A full spa with treatments, Jacuzzi, pool and state of the art equipment are available catering for all types of guests. Locally, there is a picturesque town centred on their golf course, their crowning jewel in the sporting crown. If you feel the need to leave these magnificent surrounds then Cape Town is just one of your options being a mere 40 minute drive away.
Given the large, secluded and expansive nature of the estate, it would seem a fitting place to bring the family. However, although the hotel does not actively promote out of the ordinary privileges to cater for families, the local town of Stellenbosch has amenities, albeit limited, for children and families to enjoy.
