A fusion of East meets West, Parrot Cay by COMO is a cool, sophisticated resort set in the sparkling white sands and tropical reefs of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
One of 40 unspoilt and idyllic islands in the Turks and Caicos archipelago, Parrot Cay is set in excess of one thousand acres of pristine natural beauty. The resort is only accessible by boat, ensuring the ultimate in privacy, yet it is just a 25 minute transfer from Providenciales airport.
There are a selection of beach houses, villas, and private homes available for guests, ranging from one to five bedrooms. The styling and décor throughout Parrot Cay combines rich Balinese’s influences with crisp whites and soft creams, yet each house/villa has its own unique feel and design. Guests also have access to all of the resort facilities such as a large infinity pool, floodlit tennis courts and a selection of complimentary water sports.
Parrot Cay is the ultimate place to relax. There is an award wining COMO Shambhala Spa, the resort also offers yoga / Pilates retreats and a range of holistic treatments. With well being in mind there is an excellent choice of restaurants offer a delicious mix of both healthy and indulgent cuisine.
One-Bedroom Beach Villa (135 m²/1453 ft2)
These villas are located just 30 metres from the beach and face directly onto the ocean. Surrounded by the lush vegetation, Beach Villas offer comfortable privacy. Each spacious living room features comfortable sofas and a generous dining area. The bedroom has a large four-poster bed draped in white voile and a light-flooded conservatory. The en-suite bathroom features a ceramic bath, separate shower, double vanity unit and an outdoor shower garden. There is also a kitchenette and guest bathroom. Outside guests can enjoy the private sun deck with heated plunge pool.
Two-Bedroom Villas (266 m²//2870 ft2)
These detached villas with direct beach access have two large master bedrooms, each with a four-poster bed, private patio and en-suite bathroom. Each features a third single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each villa boasts a living room with a generous dining area that leads onto the sun deck, which features a heated swimming pool and outside dining pavilion. There is also a kitchen; and each villa comes with private butler service.
COMO Villa (315 m²/3400 ft2)
This detached three-bedroom villa with ocean views comprises two large master bedrooms, each featuring a four-poster king-size bed, patio and en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower garden; and a third bedroom. Designed in Parrot Cay’s signature style, the comfortable living room has a generous dining area and leads onto a private sun deck with a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and an outside dining table. Butler services are included.
Three-Bedroom Island Villas
A three-bedroom house set in an acre and a half of its own land with a 2500 square-foot deck, 1350 square-foot infinity pool and 3680 square-foot interior. All bedrooms feature en-suite baths. Each villa has a kitchen and study, and offers direct access to the beach.
Rocky Point Villas
The three-bedroom beach front villas located beyond Rocky Point (a landmark spit of land on Parrot Cay’s beach) are known as Rocky Point, Lucky House and Dhyani House. They’re all privately owned houses forming part of Parrot Cay Estate. Available to rent, they share the resort’s relaxed contemporary style.
These houses are all about space – bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; a living and dining area; a large sun deck with private pool and outdoor dining area as well as direct access to the sand. The properties include Wi-Fi and butler service.
This five-bedroom main residence and its two three-bedroom guest villas can be rented individually or together. They are positioned a seven-minute buggy ride from the resort. Each features white and teak bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living area, a vast sun deck, a large pool and direct beach access.
Belonging to one of Parrot Cay’s most valued guests, The Residence is defined by its sense of total privacy. The master bedroom in the main house covers over 1500 square feet. For larger parties, the complex is ideal because of the privacy afforded by The Residence’s self-contained design.
This unique beach property at Parrot Cay Estate is made up of two houses, each with four bedrooms, rented as one unit. Each house features a second-floor master bedroom with 360-degree ocean views and three other bedrooms with en-suite baths.

Tamarind (Three-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom)
Set in secluded grounds with its own pool and private beach, Tamarind comprises a three-bedroom villa and a two-bedroom villa, which can be rented separately or together.

Guests of Parrot Cay are taken directly from Providenciales airport to Parrot Cay by boat. This involves a short 15-minute drive from Providenciales airport to Leeward Marina followed by a relaxing 35-minute boat transfer to the island. A transfer fee of US$100 per room per stay applies. The fee covers land & boat return transfers. Those arriving by private aircraft need to arrange a private boat transfer through the resort; the transfer is chargeable at a fee confirmed at the time of booking.
