What we love
The quirky touches are for me what makes the Buj Al Arab so special, from the mesmerising views from the top of the atrium to the stunning floor to ceiling aquarium in the AL Mahara restaurant, you cant help but feel 'wowed' at every turn.
Setting the scene
Easily the most iconic building in Dubai, the Burj Al Arab stands impressively on its own private island which is connected to Jumeriah Beach by a private road. You can only access the hotel if you are a guest, which ensures its exclusivity and privacy away from prying eyes. Step inside the hotel and you'll discover a myriad of wonder and extraordinary splendour. Get ready for the most unique and memorable hotel stay you will most probably ever have!
All 202 suites are lavishly decorated in hues of gold and come with extra special touches such as full sized Hermes toiletries and a butler service like no other.
Dining at the Burj Al Arab is nothing less than a gourmet affair! From authentic Arabic cuisine to Far East Asian and Modern European dishes, they have sourced ingredients from around the globe to create a dining experience fit for the world's most luxurious hotel. There are 8 signature restaurants to choose from, with Al Mahara being our favourite. Enjoy delectable seafood amongst a kaleidoscope of tropical fish who swim above and around you in the restaurants huge glass aquarium.
Shopping and sightseeing are the main draws of Dubai, but there is much much more to be enjoyed such as golf, water sports and dessert safaris. Within the hotel why not relax and unwind at their award winning spa or speak with your private butler for heart racing activities like supercar rentals.
Children are equally spoilt at Burj Al Arab. The Wild Wadi Water Park, with over 30 rides and attractions is located just next door to the hotel and will keep children of all ages entertained. The service of the hotel does not stop at the adults, with children equally being treated like royalty.
Why not arrive in style by taking the 15 minute helicopter ride from Dubai International Airport to the hotel. Alternatively you can book a private car transfer, and the hotel will pick you up in one of their privately chauffeured Rolls Royces.
