What we love

The Oppenheimer family take conservation delightfully seriously and protect every inch and every animal in this enormous expanse, which by the way, is the largest private reserve in all of South Africa.

Tswalu, Korranaberg Mountains

9 Rooms & Suites

Setting the scene

Situated amid the Korranaberg Mountains, the two separate accommodations overlook the vast terrain of baron and brown wilderness that is beautifully untouched where the wild roam free and nature takes its combination of glorious courses.

Sleeping

The Motse (meaning village) is the bigger of the two properties and contains 9 suites while Tarkuni that is the Oppenheimer's personal home has just 5. The suites are characterful and tribal, typically understated yet maintaining a luxurious and cosy atmosphere.
