What we love

The chosen destination for many a writer, artist & traveller, their search for inspiration and vision never went unrewarded.

South Africa Garden Route Holiday

South Africa

The destination

No country is complete without the promise of an epic road trip. The USA plays her hand with Route 66. Australia with the Great Ocean Road. But South Africa holds her trump card in the form of the Garden Route.

Scouring the southern-east coast of South Africa, as the name suggests, the Garden Route is a tour through the verdant and ecological diverse vegetation of this protected corner of the country. Blessed with the second mildest climate in the world, this self-drive is one of most aesthetically and soulfully rewarding drives you will ever encounter on this planet. Stretching from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape to the Storm Rivers in the Eastern Cape, the lakes, lagoons, reefs, rivers and wildlife truly are the Ace of Spades.

With National Parks to your left, and coastal canopies to your right – no where else is the theatre so well set than at the wheel of your car bound for the Garden Route. So go on, be your very own Director and produce some of the world’s most envied cinematography on your South Africa garden route holiday. But don’t forget to bring the family and/or friends, whilst this journey is rewarding on ones ‘tod’, we believe that the best things in life are shared with others. After all, we challenge anyone to deny that the ecstasy on their child’s face when spying their first whale bridging the waves or getting up close and personal with African elephants at Knysna Elephant Park is too important to be missed. And besides, to embark on the Garden Route is guaranteed to instill an excitement of child-like proportions upon each & every one of her visitors.
