What we love
We love the privacy and exceptional relaxed vibe that exudes from each and every corner of Delaire Graff. The setting is glorious and not far from Stellenbosch.
Setting the scene
Stellenbosch is one of the world's leading wine destinations and it is right here on their doorstep at Delaire Graff. With such close proximity you can relax and unwind, knowing you can enjoy yourself without having far to travel in the evening. Combine that with the glorious mountain backdrop and you are going to have a fantastic holiday. The 10 lodges are beautiful and manage to do justice to their incredibly impressively surroundings.
if you want a tranquil and relaxing sleep then there will be few as peaceful as this. Rejuvenate in one of the ten luxury lodges available to you, all designed with comfort and luxury in mind you wont be disappointed. Each room allows plenty of natural light to enter, making you feel one with nature. Over sized beds, marble bathrooms and generous dressing areas make up the rooms giving you plenty of space to relax in. Unwind with your own private heated pool where you can cool off after a lovely day of exploring.
Their team of chefs and world-class sommeliers invites you to enjoy both the Indochine and Delaire Graff restaurants on offer at the hotel. Delaire Graff provides the smaller yet always innovative menu that pieces together unusual ingredients resulting in creative and inspiring dishes always to an incredibly high level. Indochine dishes out, as the name suggests, contemporary Asian cuisine, which is as breath-taking & delicate as the views that surround you.
The Hotel is decorated with art, sculptures and antiques from the personal collection of the owner himself, Laurence Graff's. They reflect his colourful style and personality and project a welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. A full spa with treatments, Jacuzzi, pool and state of the art equipment are available catering for all types of guests. Locally, there is a picturesque town centred on their golf course, their crowning jewel in the sporting crown. If you feel the need to leave these magnificent surrounds then Cape Town is just one of your options being a mere 40 minute drive away.
Given the large, secluded and expansive nature of the estate, it would seem a fitting place to bring the family. However, although the hotel does not actively promote out of the ordinary privileges to cater for families, the local town of Stellenbosch has amenities, albeit limited, for children and families to enjoy.
