The Property

Set on Jumby Bay Private Island Resort Sandpiper Beach House occupies an enviable beach front position on the white sands of Davis Bay Beach. It is surrounded by swaying palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Designed by the Caribbean architect, Andrew Goodenough, Sandpiper Beach House is immensely light, spacious and has an airy ambiance. Each of the five bedrooms has its own outdoor tropical shower room. Three of the bedrooms open straight out onto the beach.

There is also a beautifully appointed kitchen, an indoor sitting room, the huge Great Room open to the outdoors and a fabulous infinity pool which appears to sit in the beach itself.

Jumby Bay is a 300-acre private Caribbean enclave located on Long Island, which is a private island resort just off the north coast of Antigua.

It offers guests the chance to relax in their own private surroundings yet also enjoy the facilities of staying in a resort.


Living Space

Sandpiper Beach House has 5 luxury bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms open out to direct beach access.

Inside the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen which leads through to a dining area on one side and living room on the other.

A large covered outdoor living space includes a dining pavilion and opens out to the infinity pool and pool area. There is also lots of additional outside space, which includes two terraces.

The villa also has direct beach access from the pool area.
