Setting the scene
For more than a century, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc has claimed its place as one of the most luxury and highly desired hotels on the French Riviera. Set in idyllic parkland, overlooking the glittering azure sea, it graces the southern tip of Cap D'Antibes with stunning views out to the Lerins Islands. With a spectacular private pontoon, exceptional service and stylish accommodation, you can understand why it attracts the dazzling jet setters year after year.
History, glamour and luxury exude in the accommodation of Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. The 117 guestrooms are located in three different spots, overlooking the sea and the private parkland, with its Riviera palms. The main Hotel du Cap houses Tradition and Classic Rooms; the Villa Soleil is the original building, steeped in history and featuring the Superior Rooms; the Eden Roc Pavillion, perched above the sea offers wonderful views; and Les Deuz Fontaines Residence is the more private part of the hotel. For complete privacy, two palatial villas are secluded in the grounds away from the main buildings. Villa Eleana features an outdoor swimming pool and a private butler, whilst Villa Les Cedres has its own outdoor Jacuzzi.
Fine dining is particularly stylish at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc with a choice of two excellent restaurants. The Eden-Roc Restaurant is headed up by a team of top chefs who create simple, yet incredibly fine cuisine to tempt the taste buds. A more relaxed affair at the Eden-Roc Grill & Lounge Bar, overlooking the beautiful water, serves up gourmet grills, tapas and salads inspired by the Mediterranean. The passionate sommelier is always on hand to offer advice on the best wines to complement your dishes from the impressive cellar.
For bars, Le Bellini, named after the famous champagne cocktail is a charming, casual bar, whilst La Rotonde Piano Bar offers a stylish setting for leisurely drinks. Eden-Roc Champagne Lounge celebrates the finest champagnes in the world - indulge in a jeroboam of a limited edition Dom Perignon and watch the sun go down over the magical crystal blue waters. If you need to cool down in style, the Juice & Ice cream bar serves up deliciously refreshing homemade ice creams and smoothies.
A private pontoon gives direct access to the sea for guests at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, with an abundance of watersports: hire a yacht, take out a jet-ski, try your hand at sea-kayaking, windsurfing, paddle-boarding, parasailing, scuba-diving - make the most of nature's playground!
The heated infinity swimming pool is one of the most iconic features of this hotel - blasted out of the rock in 1914, it's now the most elegant pool on the Riviera.
The Spa Eden-Roc by La Prairie offers a range of exclusive treatments in four elegant treatment rooms, under the gazebo in the gardens or in one of two spa cabanas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Sauna and steam room are also available for guests to prepare themselves for their pampering.
The high-tech fitness centre includes personal trainer sessions, sports coaching as well as yoga lessons.
Five tennis courts, petanque grounds and a fashionable boutique mean there's something for everyone. Wander around the palm tree and wisteria-filled gardens, or for total seclusion, hire a private cabana by the sea.
Children are welcome at the Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc with an imaginative kids club provided for younger guests. Throughout June, July and August, an afternoon programme includes sporting and cultural activities, treasure hunts and nature workshops, and painting and creativity workshops.
