Setting the scene

Eating

Admire stunning lagoon views from the terrace at Oro Restaurant whilst Michelin starred Executive Chef Davide Bisetto creates imaginative dishes inspired by Italian tradition using the freshest of local ingredients. For a delicious light lunch, the Porticciolo Pool Restaurant offers alfresco dining right on the lagoon edge, here you can waste away a lazy afternoon gazing over the lagoon to St Marks Square whilst tucking into  refreshing salads, pasta and regional dishes. To continue late into the early evening, stroll to the Gabbiano Bar, just across from the swimming pool where cocktails and after dinner drinks can be enjoyed whilst the sun sets over the horizon beyond with the twinkling sound of the live piano filling the air. The hotel's iconic restaurant, Cip's Club is wonderfully glamorous yet delightfully informal and serves up international dining of the highest quality, earning an international reputation through it's rightful boastings of unparalleled views of St Mark's Square.

Doing

Take a dip in the only swimming pool in central Venice, this magnificent Olympic-sized pool is one of the finest in Europe. Arriving

The nearest Airport is Marco Polo International Airport. From the airport you can arrive in true Venetian style in a private water taxi hat takes half an hour. If arriving by train from mainland Italy, A water taxi from Santa Lucia Train Station takes only 20 minutes.
