We were shocked to read in TTG, the travel industry journal today, that many Agents are considering charging for their concierge services. One of the Agents featured in the article said 'Much of our time is spent attending to detail and doing concierge duties for clients. The amount of time we spend can affect our bottom line. Clients shouldn't accept you will do all this extra work for nothing'. However, we feel passionately that that is exactly what we're here for!
