Destination Review - Turks & Caicos Islands

On day three of my inspection trip in the paradise islands of Turks and Caicos, I learnt that this destination isn't just about white sands, crystal clear waters, and beautiful sunshine (with the odd thunderstorm - it is the rainy season after all!).

There are 40 Islands in total - only 8 of which are inhabited - and all very different and special. Today I visited North Caicos - the "garden island" which offered a spectacular wild flamingo pond and the fascinating Wade's Green Plantation which is the remains of a Loyalist Plantation.

We then travelled over to Middle Caicos which is the largest of the islands with a population of under 300 people. A must see is Conch Bar caves - a vast underground natural limestone construction featuring stalactites, stalagmites and of course the residing bats!

You name it and these islands most probably have it! So what are you waiting for - come and see for yourself! To find out more make an enquiry.
