Private Travel's dedicated, specialist Summer team echo the ethos
of The Oxford Ski Company,
organising every aspect of a client's holiday down to the finest
detail and offering an amazing choice of luxury accommodation from
their carefully chosen, exclusive portfolio.
To support this new, rapidly expanding side of the business, we now require a highly motivated, dynamic and hardworking individual to join the team. Working as a Private Travel Consultant, you must have impeccable task management skills, be truly flexible, able to work well within a team environment and also possess an infinite passion for travel and customer service. Working as your client's travel PA, you will look after them from the moment they make their initial holiday enquiry, short listing ideas for them, taking them through the booking procedure, liaising with our travel partners in resort and making any necessary concierge arrangements. You will also follow up their stay once they return. You must have the ability to build strong relationships with your clients and impeccable communication skills with a willingness to go that extra mile. The ability to speak a second language (especially French, Spanish, Italian or Russian) would also be advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role is seen as a necessity, as is knowledge of the areas we feature in our portfolio. This role is perfect for someone looking to take a hands-on, developing role within the company, and the ability to participate and adapt in an exciting and evolving company is essential. As well as exceptional organisational skills and first-class communication skills, candidates should be educated to degree level or similar with relevant luxury travel sales experience.

SALARY & BENEFITS
On request. Both position will involve two to three weeks of business related travel each year as well as a competitive salary, sales targeted bonuses and incentives.
